Overview

What this is.

Bandhan Ceramic runs a catalogue of more than 5,000 products across 13 stores in Hyderabad, serving both retail customers and trade buyers. Qyverix built the digital product experience that holds that catalogue together.

02

The challenge

What made it hard.

Scale was the whole problem. Five thousand products across thirteen locations breaks ordinary catalogue navigation, and two very different audiences — a homeowner choosing a floor and an architect specifying for a project — need different pricing, different depth and different tools from the same inventory.

03

Strategy

The approach taken.

Separate the audiences without splitting the site: one catalogue, filtered browsing that narrows a large range quickly, and a trade layer that surfaces architect pricing to the people entitled to it. Add practical decision tools instead of more marketing copy.

04

The experience

How it works in use.

Product discovery is filter-first and fast, so a large catalogue stays navigable. A tile calculator turns room dimensions into a quantity a customer can act on, and an AR visualiser lets a product be previewed in a real space before a store visit.

Outcome

Where it landed.

A commerce experience that makes a very large catalogue usable for retail and trade audiences at the same time, with decision tools built into browsing rather than bolted on. Business performance figures are not published here.

My contribution

WHO DID WHAT.

The project

A Qyverix project

Bandhan Ceramic was designed and built by Qyverix as a team. The site, its features and its delivery are the output of that team rather than of any one person.

My role

Marketing, brand and client success

  • Client requirements, scoping conversations and expectation setting
  • Positioning of the trade and retail audiences in the brand and content approach
  • Marketing and sales-side input on how the catalogue and tools are presented
  • Ongoing client communication through delivery and handoff

Individual authorship of specific design or engineering deliverables is not claimed · business performance metrics are not published
